Campaign:“Pay Two Utility Bills with JazzCash Account for a Shot at Winning Your Full Bill Amount!”

Eligibility Conditions:

To qualify for the lucky draw and have a chance to receive a refund of their bill amount, customers must make payments for two utility bills using JazzCash Account (via the App or USSD). The maximum refund per bill is capped at Rs. 10,000, and each winner can receive a maximum total refund of Rs. 20,000.

Payment Eligibility:

Only payments made for services falling under the categories of Electricity, Water, Gas, and PTCL Landline will be considered eligible for the lucky draw.

Cash Prizes:

Lucky draw winners will receive a refund equal to the entire bill amount for the two bills they paid or Rs. 10,000 per bill, whichever amount is less.

Terms and Conditions:

To qualify for the lucky draw and win the bill amount as cash prize, customers have to pay at least two Utility bill (Electricity, Water, Gas , PTCL Landline) from JazzCash during the campaign period
100 Customers would be able to win the bill amount as cash prize
Cash prize winners will be posted the amount directly to their JazzCash account and Lucky draw winners will receive a refund equal to the entire bill amount for the two bills they paid or Rs. 10,000 per bill, whichever amount is less.
User can only qualify for once in the lucky draw campaign
Rewards will be posted after 15 working days after the end of the campaign
Lucky Draw winners will be announced via JazzCash social handles
The campaign is not for Jazz employees, merchants and retailers

How can I use the barcode scanner?

This new feature can be used through a very easy 2 step process below

Go to UBP payments in the JazzCash Application
Select the company whose bill is to be paid
When entering reference number, select the icon towards the right of the reference number field
Select the Open scanner icon by which the phone camera would be opened, and the barcode can be scanned and would fetch the bill easily

What companies can the barcode scanner be used for?

Most of the electricity companies and gas companies allow for barcode scanning of their respective bills with more coming soon.

An easy & simple process

Using this service, you can pay your utility bills with the utmost ease.
Just bring your utility bill and the due cash amount to pay the utility bill at any Jazz customer care center, franchise or JazzCash retailer.
Ask the respective JazzCash agent to pay your utility bill using the JazzCash utility bill payment service.
Provide the JazzCash Agent with your mobile phone number (if you have one) so as to receive a confirmatory message regarding the payment of your bill. In case you do not have a mobile phone, you should check for the confirmatory message on the agent’s mobile phone.
Once the payment has been processed successfully, the agent will stamp your bill. You should keep the stamped bill with you as it carries the transaction ID and agent ID information.

Services Charges

There are no additional charges for bill payment through Jazz franchise, customer care center or JazzCash retailer.
Utility bill amounting greater than Rs. 100,000 will not be payable through any Jazz franchise, customer care center or JazzCash retailer
