Through JazzCash Outlet:
Visit nearest JazzCash outlet with your consumer reference number `{`Borrowed ID assigned by the microfinance organization`}`
JazzCash representative will ask for Borrowed ID & mobile number to process loan payment
Upon entering Borrowed ID, outstanding dues will be displayed. For some organizations, amount can be paid less than or above the due amount
After paying the amount to the agent, confirmation SMS will be sent to both Agent & customer
Through Mobile Wallets:
Dial *786# from your Jazz number (with registered mobile wallet) & select “Payments” menu
Select “Loan Repayments” & organization to which payment is liable
Enter your Borrower ID to check due amount
Enter amount to be paid
Upon successful transaction, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the customer
